This is one of the most enjoyable books that I\u2019ve read recently. There are very few stories that make me laugh out loud!
Being born and raised in Hamilton myself, it was so memorable to remember and imagine the settings mentioned throughout the book. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good read.

A friend turned me on to this coming of age book about Donny Love and his long lost pals living in an industrial steel town. I can’t really put my finger on why I related so well to the entire cast of characters and how they warmed and fuzzied me up inside. Maybe because deep down all of us know that we are not truly “grown up” at any age, and these guys expose this fact. “Making Steven Famous” grabbed me from the get-go and never let up! The tension never lagged in the way most movies and books inevitably seem to do–zero fat! Every time I picked up the book I went expecting laughs and to find out what the hell was going to happen next–I got both every time. Don’t miss out on this exceptional read.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
